Paul Saunders
Director, Psychologist, Coach, and Facilitator
Paul Saunders is a psychologist who works with organisations delivering leadership development, executive coaching and professional development programs. With over twenty years’ experience, Paul is highly regarded in the field of leadership development, executive coaching, strategic thinking, transformational cultural change and sustainable development programs. He works with leaders and their teams equipping them with a sense of purpose, resilience, psychological safety and empowerment to thrive in today’s ever changing business world.
Paul has been engaged as an executive coach and facilitator of leadership, team development and organisational cultural change programs for a variety of organisations: public listed companies, government agencies, law firms, consulting firms, and private organisations.
Paul uses his background in neuroscience, positive psychology, and organisational psychology to design and deliver highly effective organisational cultural change programs, executive coaching programs, and leadership team workshops for clients. His expertise in psychological safety and cultural diversity allows him to incorporate these skills into client programs. Paul facilitates workshops and coach’s C suite executives and their teams to become champions of their organisational strategy, culture and talent.
Paul helps leaders develop strengths for creating psychologically safe work cultures; conducting courageous conversations, resolving conflict; coaching & leading in hybrid work environments; working collaboratively with their peers and stakeholders; and driving business productivity and
sustainable development.
Paul incorporates science and the latest research in human performance and organisational psychology into all his programs. He is accredited in the delivery of many psychological assessments such as: HBDI, Hogan, Bar-OnEQi, MBTI, Belbin Team Profile, MTQ48, 16PF, Watson Glasser Critical Thinking Profile and others.
He is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), an Associate with the Melbourne Business School and the Positivity Institute and a valued Fellow Member of the Association of Coaching.
Trina Pitcher
Psychologist, Facilitator, and Coach
Trina is a highly sought after executive coach, team coach, facilitator and business consultant. She is also a fully registered psychologist. Trina empowers people, teams and leaders to have highly effective and sustainable bottom line business outcomes.
She uses an extensive tool-kit of evidence-based instruments, frameworks and group process to strengthen self-awareness and self-management to optimise job performance, culture, climate, engagement and leadership.

Steve Asimoudis
Facilitator, HR Specialist and Coach
Steve’s passion is “making a difference” through commitment to sustainable behaviour change. His current focus is facilitating HR sessions for diversity, inclusion , equity and belonging and coaching for leadership excellence. His clients are senior managers and their teams.
Steve has a Bachelor of Behavioural Science, a Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology and a Master of Business in Marketing. Beck Henshall
Psychologist, Coach, and HR Facilitator
Beck is an experienced consulting psychologist, trainer and coach who has previously held management positions in local government. Beck's areas of expertise include: Supporting & Managing Mental Health/ Illness in the workplace, Performance Development, Leading Change, Wellness, Resilience, Health and Communication skills for performance, motivation and influence, specializing in difficult conversations. She often holds conversations with leaders about the emotional and psychological response to change that can be mistaken for resistance and can negatively impact change efforts.
Beck has worked with not for profit organisations, government bodies and large corporations. She has been trained in a range of coaching interventions and techniques including process work, shadow coaching, CBT, Thinking Environment, and ACT interventions.
Beck is sought after for team workshops due to her ability to assist organisations and teams to discuss the difficult topics that can prevent teams from achieving strong performance. She inspires trust, builds emotional intelligence, and facilitates courageous conversations that lead to improved teamwork and organisational outcomes. In the learning and development space, Beck regularly facilitates virtual and onsite training in change, mental health, resilience, communication, and performance development. She enjoys facilitating teams, consulting with them on issues of psychological safety, role clarity, conflict and change management.

Dr Ruby Campbell

Dr Ruby Campbell is a highly experienced and qualified leadership & team development coach.
A highly empathetic, warm, and internationally sought-after executive coach, Ruby invites her clients on a transformative journey to help them transition to senior roles through cutting edge coaching programs that produce long-lasting results. She has been coaching leaders and teams for more than 10 years from a wide range of sectors including corporate, academia, government, and non-for-profit, with a special focus on STEMM disciplines.
Dr Ruby is the author of the ground-breaking book Scientists in Every Boardroom: Harnessing the Power of STEMM Leaders in an Irrational World.
Having experienced the many challenges of academic and corporate life, she has a deep understanding of what is needed to succeed and be an effective leader, which is one of many reasons clients experience a “resonant” coaching relationship with Ruby. Prior to becoming an executive coach, Ruby had a 25-year career as a transformational leader in pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
Ruby has a Masters in Coaching Psychology an MBA (Executive), a Ph D in Science and a Bachelor of Applied Chemistry (First Class Honours. Ruby is the APAC Roundtable Convener, DEI Council Member and a Fellow at the Institute of Coaching McClean Hospital/Harvard Medical School Affiliate, as well as a webinar presenter. Chris Neesham
Psychologist, Coach, and Facilitator
Chris is a registered psychologist who enjoys working with corporate clients focusing on their leadership & organisational development initiatives. He is an experienced coach of senior executives, mostly C suite executives, and emerging leaders of senior management teams. He has designed and implemented leadership coaching & training programs in the finance, logistics, manufacturing, sales, legal and energy sectors. Chris has successfully implemented leadership programs for diverse cultures and companies in: Australia, Europe, the Mediterranean and the United Kingdom.
He thrives on meeting the challenges of ‘working executives’ to build capability and achieve leadership excellence.
As a psychologist he is able to administer various instruments including MBTI, DiSC, Majors-PTI, MPTE, NEO PI3, NEO FFI, Sigma Radius, WPI and EQI.
Chris a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), the Australian Institute of Management and is on the APS committee for Coaching Psychology.
Mechelle Moore
HR Trainer, Facilitator, and Designer
Mechelle is a creative instructional designer, skilful facilitator, storyteller and presenter. She specialises in developing new managers and improving workplace communication skills, including negotiation & presentations skills training. She is passionate about assisting you in developing your networking skills.
Mechelle holds a Graduate Diploma in Industrial Education and Training, a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and Advanced Certificate in Management.
She is accredited to deliver the Genos, Emotional Intelligence, DiSC 363 for Leaders and is an accredited DiSC profiler. Jeanine Browne
Company Secretary
Jeanine has moved out of her Director of Learning role to manage the office finances, administration and content management processes. Her financial & strategic reports aid in aligning the company toward its strategic goals.
Although she no longer facilitates client workshops her extensive business leadership experience, knowledge of the circular economy, learning & sustainability, consultative approach and curious attitude, enables her to assist our consultants in producing engaging, outcome driven learning solutions aligned to client need.
She is passionate and knowledgeable about environmental sustainability and strengthening the performance of organisational leaders & teams. Her areas of interest and expertise include: building leadership capability, sustainable change, talent management and, improving team & organisational effectiveness through coaching, conflict resolution and succession planning.
Jeanine is also a talented e-learning designer. She has expertly hand crafted each of our app based lessons for you to understand and practise communications skills like giving feedback, delegating, conducting difficult conversations, facilitating team discussions and elevating your presentation craft.
Before steeping into her current role her client list included: Invesco, Yooralla, Sparkways, Boortmalt, Libraries Victoria, Visy Industries, Domino's Pizza, Boral Concrete and HQPlantations.

With a strong focus and knowledge on safety & compliance, Rob is also available to ensure your property is ready for council or HACCP audits by providing advice and training to your team on a consultancy basis.
Rob is also an avid endurance adventurer and motivation speaker, having given talks to CEO’s and National Managers about his experiences spending three months walking solo through Japan, from Sapporo to Osaka, and riding a push scooter from the northern most point to the southernmost point
of Ireland in 7 days.
Margo Lockhart

Margo Lockhart is a highly regarded facilitator, coach and designer with an excellent reputation for
developing trust and rapport in the working environment. With an academic background in education, counselling and organisational dynamics, Margo brings a disciplined and reflective focus to her work. Helen Drennan
Facilitator and Coach
Helen Drennan is a Melbourne based Organisation and Learning Development specialist with over 20 years experience working with a variety of public and private sector organisations. She has a strong academic and business background with an under graduate degree in Psychology and post graduate qualifications in Business and Human Resource Development.
In both internal and external roles Helen has helped organisations including CSIRO, Orica, KPMG, Dpt. Health Services, Public Records of Victoria, Parliament of Victoria, and Fosters Group to develop their leaders, teams, and organisational culture.
